Mbaka’s prediction: Court prepares to deliver judgment on Imo gov poll

Supreme Court has announced that it will deliver judgment on the petition challenging the declaration of Emeka Ihedioha as Imo state governor on Monday, January 13.

The governorship victory of Ihedioha from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) is being challenged by Hope Uzodinma of the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Recalled that Reverend Father Ejike Mbaka predicted that Uzodinma will take over the reins of leadership in the state from Ihedioha.

It was learnt that many politicians and residents of the state were anxious ahead of the verdict due to the Reverend Father’s prediction.

Earlier, The Herald reported that Reverend Father Ejike Mbaka predicted that the candidate of APC in Imo governorship election, Hope Uzodinma, would take over the reins of leadership in the state from incumbent Emeka Ihedioha.

Father Mbaka who made the declaration during his Passover night ministration claimed that the APC would take over the leadership from PDP-led government of Ihedioha.

Reverend Father stated that he could not explain how it would happen, assuring his congregation that his prophecy would come to pass because others delivered on the same prayer grounds in the past did the same.

According to him, “Many things are going to happen in Nigeria this 2020 that will shock countrymen and countrywomen, but all would be to God’s glory.

“In spite of all that would happen this 2020, there is hope. In Imo state, there is hope. Hope, hope, hope … hope in Imo State! “Imo people have suffered (but) God is raising a new hope that would be an agent of salvation for them.

“He’s coming with a new flag to restore the dignity of that noble land. The new leadership that will break barriers and there would be joy in the land of Imo.”
