A massive crowd, yesterday, welcomed the released boss of Capital Oil, Ifeanyi Ubah in his Nnewi hometown in Anambra state.
He was released by the Department of State Security (DSS) after weeks of being arrested for not remitting money garnered from the sale of petroleum products put in his facility by the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC).
A Lagos High Court had ruled, asking the DSS to produce evidence of their claims against him or free him.
The crowd who stayed in major roads in the town, waved at him, chanting his name.
