Manchester United are looking to rebuild after a poor season and have lined up a number of players to be shown the exit door.
Top on the list is £25 million Memphis Depay, who had been expected to inject loads of excitement into the squad but has failed to come to the form he displayed at Dutch side, PSV Eindhoven.
Another player believed to be on the list is Argentine defender, Marcos Rojo, who has struggled to shake off a lingering shoulder problem which has affected his performance on the field of play.
Phil Jones, who has started just six league games this season due to injury, is also believed to be on the list of players to be axed at the end of the season.
Manager Louis van Gaal’s future is also not assured at the club and Jose Mourinho has continuously been linked to Old Trafford.
Others believed to be close to a United exit are Morgan Schneiderlin and subsitute goalkeeper, Sergio Romero.
