Manchester United star Marouane Fellaini and his twin brother during the week clashed with some other revellers at a nightclub in the city of Manchester.
According to witnesses, the male revellers approached the star at about 4am asking for autographs and also appeared to have flirted with the ladies who were in the 28-year-old’s group.
This reportedly led to a bust-up that only ended with the intervention of bouncers at the club.
Reports said Fellaini was having a private party which the male revellers tried to crash.
An eyewitness said: “Fellaini and his brother were in the club most of the evening. They were with friends in a private area.
“Some guys went over for autographs and generally bothering them. I think they may have flirted with girls in their group. It was late on, about 4am, and the door-staff stopped anything happening and kicked the others out.”
The bouncers ended up throwing out the unruly revellers.
The Belgian was left out of United’s squad that lost 2-1 to Sunderland on Saturday, although he put in a decent performance in the game against Chelsea last weekend.
