Report reaching us claims Manchester United is planning to make new record-breaking signings in next year’s transfer window.
According to Caughtoffside, the club is planning a budget of £234m to splash on 5 new players in January.
The players on their radar include: Gareth Bale, Kevin Strootman, Radamel Falcao,Julian Draxler and Gerard Pique.
Close sources revealed that the English club are preparing a £90m club-record deal to sign Real Madrid star Gareth Bale with also an option to swap him with Di Maria.
Also on close watch is AS Roma’s Kevin Strootman who has been linked to Man Utd since last summer. It would cost around £40m to bring him in.
Radamel Falcao who plays for AS Monaco and Julian Draxler who plays for Schalke could also ink deals at Man U.
Falcao has been on loan at Old Trafford since this year and they are moving in for a permanent contract.
Barcelona’s defender Gerard Pique could also find his way back to Old Trafford in January. Manchester hopes to settle their defence problem by bringing him in for around £24m.
Manager Louis Van Gaal hopes to finally stabilize his team as he intends adding these players to summer signings Ander Herrera, Luke Shaw, Daley Blind and Angel Di Maria.
