A man that identified himself as Ndubuisi Johnson says he has tested positive for COVID-19 after partying at the Elegushi Beach during Yuletide.
He made the disclosure in a Wednesday tweet via his Twitter handle @arclaimer.
Johnson urged others that were at the beach around the same time to get tested so they can know their status and avoid spreading the virus.
He wrote, “Hello everyone, My name is Ndubuisi Johnson and i have been tested positive for corona virus and i have been self isolating since on Monday.
“Please if you were at Elegushi Beach on Saturday and Sunday (2nd and 3rd January) kindly go and get tested. Stay safe everyone.”

Recall that videos circulated over the weekend of a mammoth crowd at the popular beach.
Most of the fun seekers neither used a face mask nor observed social distancing guidelines, in clear violation of COVID-19 protocols imposed by government and health authorities.
