The prosecutor said the offences contravened Sections 285 and 321(1) of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2011.

The suspect however pleaded not guilty to the charges.

The Chief Magistrate, Mrs Taiwo Akanni granted the suspect N100,000 bail with two sureties in like sum and adjourned the case till April 18 for mention. (NAN)
