A 73-year-old US man has been arrested for snorting cocaine while waiting for the traffic light to pass him on, AP reported.
The septuagenarian was in his car on Martin Luther King Jr. Way, Seattle, Washington on Thursday night with the light off when a police man, Nic Abts-Olsen pulled him over and told him to get down.
After the police officer checked his license and registration, he was told to return to his car but spilled a white powder while trying to settle into the vehicle, after the police man startled him.
He immediately tried to brush off the powder that spilled on his hands and on the floor of the car, but failed as Abts-Olsen had already noticed.
When confronted, the man denied it was cocaine, stating it was vitamins.
He was however arrested later, after admitting it was a bad decision to snort cocaine in traffic.
