There is a new development regarding the whereabouts of Leah Sharibu who was abducted by Boko Haram. The revelation came from Aisha Wakili, popularly known as Mama Boko Haram.
According to news report making the waves, Aisha is said to be partnering with the International Committee of Red Cross to liberate Leah from the claws of the insurgents.
The report further stated that mama Boko Haram claimed that Leah Sharibu has not forsaken her Christian faith, adding that her Non-Governmental Organization known as the Care and Aid Foundation alongside the Red Cross will ensure she is rescued.

In her words:’’ I am so concerned about Leah’s condition with the insurgents and wish she get rescued immediately. Leah has not denounced her belief as a Christian and we will collaborate with the government and the international organization in ensuring that she is released just as the other girls who have been freed and have joined their families’’.
In the meantime, the House of Commons, United Kingdom after it’s plenary on Wednesday, July 4, guaranteed the federal government of Nigeria of it’s commitment to safely release Leah who was kidnapped by Boko Haram alongside other school girls in Dapchi in February 2018.
