The advent of social media has brought with it a platform with which people can connect and share similarities and so on. It’s also a platform for celebrities to connect with fans.
But what it has brought with it in bags is drama.
This particular incident involves former lovers Toyin Lawani and baby daddy Lord Trigg. The latter went on his social media to diss the celebrity fashion designer, accusing her of indulging in plastic surgery and claiming that she’ll never look beautiful.
As if that wasn’t enough, he went further still, offering twenty thousand naira to anyone who’d call her derogatory names.
He said; “I swear this old shrinkle a$s hole ain’t ready for this lol. First 20 people to comment “fake a$s hoes and @tiannahsplacempire, stop svcking peoples luck and grace” gets 20k each. All these surgeries can not help you. You are in Turkey right right now for surgeries to look better won’t change nothing. You will come back still looking like an ameoba.”
Harsh words surely. The two broke up in 2016 with Lord Trigg attacking her then too and calling her a fake mother. Lawani who is almost a decade older than Trigg has generally kept mum when he releases these statements and has so far remained so now.
