Premier League side Liverpool will have to fight to keep their Star man Mohammed Salah as Barcelona have reportedly set their radar on the striker as top priority before the close of the transfer window.
With Ronald Koeman now in charge at Camp Nou, the former Netherlands manager is expected to oversee a significant overhaul of his squad after taking over from Quique Setien.
The Catalan giants have already been linked with a swoop for one Liverpool man in the form of Georginio Wijnaldum, and according to Ajax’s record appearance holder Sjaak Swart, Salah is also on Koeman’s wishlist.

Speaking to website voetbalzone.nl, Swart said: “I know Koeman wants him – and I know Salah would like to go,”
However, the 82-year-old was reluctant to reveal his source of the information, simply responding with: “I can’t. I am not going into any more details, but just believe me that I know.”
It would be a huge blow for the Premier League champion to lose both these key players to the Catalan giants.
Salah netted a hat-trick in Liverpool’s first game back as the reigning champions defeated Norwich City 4-3 in an opening-day thriller at Anfield.
The 28-year-old has chalked up a total of 97 goals in 154 games for Jurgen Klopp’s side in all competitions since his arrival.
