Irked by the team’s underperformance in recent months, the management of Real Madrid is set to send some players packing at the end of this season, a report says.
According to Sport, club president Florentino Perez and manager Zinedine Zidane have already compiled a list of ten 10 players to send packing from the squad.
These include Cristiano Ronaldo, Sergio Ramos, Pepe, Alvaro Arbeloa, Isco, James Rodriguez, Toni Kroos, Casemiro, Danilo and Jese Rodriguez.
The team was disqualified from the Copa Del Rey and have fared badly in the league, making the Champions League the only competition they still have a realistic chance of winning.
The ouster of these players, Sport reports, is to pave the way for players such as David de Gea from Manchester United, Eden Hazard from Chelsea, Paul Pogba from Juventus and Robert Lewandowski from Bayern Munich.
