Indonesia has always been very strict with its rules regarding drug trafficking within the country, with a stipulated death sentence the penalty if caught.
At least 14 inmates arrested in regards to drug trafficking have been slated to be killed today amongst which are 6 Nigerians.
According to CNN, while the office of Attorney General Muhammad Prasetyo has not released details about this round of executions, preparations are underway at the Nusakambangan prison island in Cilacap, West Java.
The inmates are usually killed at night outside the Nusakambangan prison facility after 72 hours of isolation and counsel from their religious guide.
