The Nigerian army will be testifying before the Lagos State Judicial Panel of Inquiry today.
The panel had earlier adjourned the sitting on November 7 following the disruption of its proceedings by two youth panel members protesting against the freezing of the bank accounts of #EndSARS promoters by the CBN.
After a weeks break, the panel has fixed today for the Nigerian Army to testify as they have been unable to do so.
The Nigerian Army has also listed a total of three Brigadier Generals and one Lieutenant Colonel who will be testifying before the panel.

Top Military authorities who had submitted their statement of oath before the panel include, the Commander of 81 Military Intelligence Brigade, VI, Brig. Gen. Ahmed Taiwo; Chief of Staff, 81 Division of the Nigerian Army, VI, Brig. Gen. Nsikak Edet; Commander, 81 Division Garrison, VI, Brig. Gen. Francis Omata; Commander, 9 Brigade, Ikeja, Brig. Gen. Musa Etsu-Ndagi; and Commanding Officer, 65 Battalion, Bonny Camp, VI, Lt. Col. Salisu Bello.
The military further stated that its appearance before the panel today will be along with “expended blank ammunition” reportedly used to disperse unarmed #EndSARS protesters by firing into the air, “unexpended 7.62mm ammunition”, an expended and unexpended live ammunition, 13 flash drives containing video recordings of the Army’s involvement in the incident and news report from the BBC and other stations about the incident and.
