Famous US broadcaster, Larry King has finally spoken up about dealing with the death of his children, Andy and Chaia King, who died within weeks of each other.
Larry King shared the news of both deaths simultaneously in an announcement on Saturday night.
“It is with sadness and a father’s broken heart that I confirm the recent loss of two of my children, Andy King, and Chaia King. Both of them were good and kind souls and they will be greatly missed.” He wrote
Andy, 65, died “unexpectedly of a heart attack on July 28” and Chaia, 51, “passed on August 20, only a short time after having been diagnosed with lung cancer.”

He added: “Losing them feels so out of order. No parent should have to bury a child. My family and I thank you for your outpouring of kind sentiments and well wishes.”
Larry, 86, adopted Andy in 1962 after he married his mother, Alene Akins. Larry and Akins had Chaia in 1969.
Larry and Chaia co-wrote a book in 1997 called “Daddy Day, Daughter Day.” The two opened up in the illustrated children’s book about King’s second split from Akins and offered ideas about how spending quality time together can help heal the pain of a family going through divorce.
