The federal government on Sunday, March 1, reopened the entire Kara Bridge inbound and outbound sections on Lagos-Ibadan Expressway.
The Herald gathered that Federal Roads Safety Corps (FRSC) officials have been deployed to the highway.
Sadia Aturu, a resident of Magboro, said the opening of the bridge would put an end to all the hardships and avoidable accidents on the highway.
Aturu said: “We thank the government for this work but they should do more because we are really suffering on this road.”
