Former Big Brother Naija housemate, Terseer Waya, popularly known as Kiddwaya, has announced his plans to join the music industry.
Taking to his X (formerly Twitter) handle on Sunday, the 31-year-old reality star revealed his intention to leverage his father’s immense wealth to hire top talents in the music industry.
Kiddwaya wrote, “Maybe I should enter this music business as well. Popsi is rich, so we go just hire the best of everyone. Make I kuku see wetin sup.”
The announcement has sparked reactions online, with fans debating his chances of success in the competitive industry.
In recent years, several Nigerian reality TV stars have transitioned into music, using the fame gained from their time on reality shows to kickstart their careers. Notable examples include Timi Dakolo, Omawumi, Iyanya, Chidinma, Laycon, and Efe Money, among others, who have gone on to release hit songs after appearing on popular reality shows.
