Nollywood actor and producer Kevin Ikeduba has declared that he would rather die than compromise his values by casting unqualified actors in exchange for sex. Ikeduba’s unwavering commitment to professionalism was made clear in an interview on Hip TV’s Trending, where he expressed his frustration with the rampant unprofessionalism in the industry.
“The movie industry is very big, and what works for one person may not work for another,” Ikeduba said. “But for me, Kevin Ikeduba, I would rather die than give a role to someone in exchange for sex. I’m passionate about my craft, and it hurts me to see mediocrity on set. I will never compromise my values.”
