2 Min Read

Nollywood actress, Kate Henshaw revealed that ever since she discovered the benefits of exercise, she has not visited the hospital in 5 years.

The 46-year-old actress was born 19 July 1971 yet she has managed to look like she is in her late 20s. She is often described as fit and sexy despite her age.

Kate is known for her love for dancing and has also said she loves music just as much.

“Music is the food of love and it is for the soul. If they are playing good music anywhere and you refuse to dance, then you must be evil.”

“I mean if everyone around you is on their feet, sweating it out on the dance floor and you remain on your seat, are you the devil?”

“Music is from the heart and since I choose to be happy, anywhere I go and they play good music, I start to dance.”

She said “this is the secret of my happiness and that is what makes me look young. I am happy all the time.”

She also revealed that exercising has kept her out of the hospital for 5 years.

“I began to really do exercises about seven years ago and the benefits are numerous. I can see the changes in my body and my health is perfect. I have not been to the hospital in five years.” She added

“Before I started regular exercise, I used to have malaria, fever or typhoid almost every month but I have not been to the hospital for anything and I know it is because of the exercise and the fact that I decided to choose a healthy lifestyle.”

She advised that athletes and those who cherish their health must never stop training, they have to keep going.
