Controversial American rapper, Kanye West, has made a surprising revelation about his colleague, Kendrick Lamar. In a recent post on his X handle, West stated that he doesn’t like Kendrick Lamar’s music, despite acknowledging that Lamar is a fantastic rapper.
West expressed his disappointment with Kendrick Lamar’s feature on Playboi Carti’s new album ‘I Am Music.’ He wrote, “I don’t like Kendrick Lamar’s music. He raps very good but I didn’t need to hear him on Carti’s album.”
This is not the first time Kanye West has publicly expressed his opinions about Kendrick Lamar. Last year, West blasted J.Cole for apologizing to Kendrick Lamar over his diss track. During his performance at the 2024 Dreamville Festival, J.Cole apologized for dissing Kendrick Lamar, who had earlier dissed him and Drake on Future and Metro Boomin’s song ‘Like That.’
