American rapper, Kanye West has wowed fans by dropping the first single of Cruel Winter on Big Boy’s 92.3.
The new single features Gucci Mane, Big Sean, Yo Gotti, 2 Chainz, Travi$ Scott, Quavo and of course the newest G.O.O.D. Music breakout, Desiigner.
According to Big Boy, the track “captures magic in a bottle.”
Talking about the new single which doesn’t have an official title yet, Kanye said: “I had the basic beat for a year and a half. It sounded right for this project,”
He added: “This is the hook we should have for the first single.”
Kanye while talking about the heavyweight collaboration said “a lot of times it’s just the energy in the studio, whoever is coming by. And then we get to talk about who would sound nice on the track.”
While on the show, Kanye also talked about the G.O.O.D music breakout, Desiigner’s ‘Panda’ as he promised there’ll be an extended version of the single which will feature every G.O.O.D music Artiste and run for 12-15 minutes.
He also suggested the possibility of a tour but glossed over the subject when he was specifically asked for clarification.
Kanye, responding to a question about his lyrics on “Famous” and whether or not it’s directed at Taylor Swift said: “Yes, I told her we were going to say that. I didn’t tell her— I asked her how she felt about it.”
He added: “Music is all we got. It’s our only opportunity to fully express ourselves.
