Kanye West has been discharged from UCLA Medical Center, Los Angeles after more than a week of treatment for his mental break down.
Reports confirm that Kanye is fine and well and he is at home with Kim and their kids, North and Saint.
According to reports, he left the hospital under the care of Kim and Dr. Michael Frazam, who called 911 the day Kanye was admitted.
Sources close to the rapper say his “nervous breakdown” was triggered majorly by the anniversary of his mother’s death.
Donda West, Kanye’s mother, had passed away on November 10, 2007 after recieving cosmetic surgery.
Reportedly, Kanye never had time to properly grieve when she died and has always struggled around that time of the year.
