Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have been spotted out on a night out together for the first time since the rapper’s shock hospitalisation.
The couple who have North, 3, and Saint, 1, together were spotted out for dinner at Giorgio Baldi in Santa Monica, California on Sunday evening.
Kim wore a loose white playsuit, covered up in a fur coat, and added a series of necklaces.
Wearing her hair straight, she failed to raise a smile on the outing, as she led her hubby outside.
Meanwhile, Kanye opted for loose green tracksuit bottoms and a printed T-shirt, keeping his head down and his moody signature expression in place.
A source told reporters: “When she got to the car, she paused and made it a point to look back at [Kanye] and make sure he was OK. She looked strong and so happy.
The source added: “Kim and Kanye have to work at their marriage, just like any couple. Of course there are some bumps in the road at times, but that’s not unlike any other marriage. It takes work. They are definitely still together and more madly in love than ever.
