The National Association of Resident Doctors (NARD) have suspended their ongoing nationwide strike.
Mohammed Askira, National President of the Association, made the announcement during a press conference in Abuja on Saturday, June 25.
He said the decision was made out of consideration to the sufferings of Nigerians who have been unable to access healthcare.
They also made a list of demands of the Federal Government which prominently included the reversal of the sack of members in some hospitals.
