A Federal High Court sitting in Kano has voided the suspension of APC National Chairman, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole.
Justice Lewis Allagoa set aside Wednesday’s interim injunction of Justice Danlami Senchi of the FCT High Court which suspended the party boss, Channels TV reported.
Justice Senchi had ordered the APC not to recognise Oshiomhole as National Chairman.
After Wednesday’s ruling, Oshiomhole immediately approached the Court of Appeal, Abuja Division, praying it to set aside the interim injunction.
In Thursday’s ruling, Justice Allagoa ordered the Nigeria Police Force and the Department of State Service (DSS) to provide security for Oshiomhole to resume in his office.
It was not immediately clear who filed the case or whether the judge has the power to overturn the decision of a court of concurrent jurisdiction.

Meanwhile, Oshiomhole appears unfazed by the controversy generated by his suspension.
Addressing reporters waiting for him at his Aso Drive, Abuja private office today, he asked: “Are you looking at me with pity?”
Before the reporters could respond, the former President of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC), who was decked in his trademark Khaki attire, smiled and made for his waiting car.
