According to Sahara Reporters, Justice Ojukwu said she found it difficult to believe a man of Sowore’s pedigree did not have anyone to deposit N50 million.
She reduced his bail to N50 million and waived the security deposit of N50 million a surety was to deposit.
The case was adjourned until November 6 and 7 for commencement on trial.
