Rapper and Roc-A-Fella boss has won a lawsuit centered around his logo.
New York clothing designer Dwayne Walker had accused the music mogul of breach of contract and copyright infringement.
On Monday, a US Federal Judge, Andrew Carter, dismissed the $7m lawsuit which claimed Walker created the logo for JayZ’s label.
Walker claimed to have designed the artwork in 1995.
According to Reuters, his lawyer, George Berry, said Walker plans to appeal.
Judge Carter said that Walker who filed the suit five years after the logo was created had waited too long.
