Nollywood actress, Iyabo Ojo is suing Yomi Fabiyi for a whooping sum of N100m over his defamatory statements about her.
Iyabo Ojo and Yomi Fabiyi have been against each other ever since Baba Ijesha was alleged to have defiled a 14-years-old girl.
In a post shared on his Instagram page, Yomi Fabiyi accused the nollywood actress and comedian Princess of trying to kill Baba Ijesha once he’s released from prison.
In reaction, Iyabo’s lawyers said Yomi’s statement is “offensive and vexatious” and demanded a retraction, an apology, and payment of damages.
They added that Yomi’s allegation has caused Iyabo Ojo, her family, and business associates “trauma and anxiety”.
