Popular actress, Kate Henshaw says she has paid N1.5 million as tithe in church.
She disclosed this while replying to a Sunday tweet on the subject of tithing.
In Christendom, a tithe is generally regarded as one-tenth of one’s earnings paid by the adherent for the support of the church and clergy.
A Twitter user, @_Copah_Jay posed a question, “If you earn 15million naira, can you pay 1.5 million as tithes?” on their timeline, eliciting divergent reactions.
Reacting to the tweet, Kate Henshaw wrote: “Absolutely 💯… I have….”
