A Twitter user, @KingAhmed26 has taken to the platform to announce the death of his mother a few days after she was gang-raped multiple times by some hoodlums in Kaduna.
In a tweet on Wednesday, the Twitter user said he is heartbroken and at a loss for words to convey his emotions.
“I’ve wrestled with what to write after the shocking and sad news that we have lost my mum after she was raped multiple times by some hoodlums reach(ed) me. I am short of words. I am hearttbroken. I am shaking. My whole world has finally come to an end,” he wrote.
On Sunday, January 29, @KingAhmed26 had taken to the same platform to reveal how his newly-retired mother called him with panic in her voice that some unidentified persons were trying to break into her apartment.
Calling on the Nigeria Police Force to intervene, the Twitter user said that the apartment was located at KekeB, near Millenium City in Kaduna State.
“She’s all I have, please,” he pleaded.

Apparently, the hoodlums gained entrance into the apartment and raped her, leading to her demise a few days after.
On Wednesday, The Twitter user appealed to the police to apprehend the perpetrators and bring them to justice.
“@PoliceNG I am begging in whatever you people believe in. I need justice please. Silver nor gold I have nothing to offer. All I seek is justice. Please, I am begging,” he said.
He also appealed to Governor Nasir el-Rufai of Kaduna to wade into the matter to ensure justice is served.
“I have been on the run from my state for a while now (because) of the attempt on my life. My mum needs to be moved to Kogi for burial as that has always been her wish.
“Literally, I can’t pay my mum her last respect (because) of fear (for) my life,” he tweeted.
The Kaduna State Police Command has not reacted to the tweets, which has garnered hundreds of likes and retweets.
