Individuals who stammer should not bother to apply for the new immigration positions being advertised by the Nigerian Immigration Service.
Also if your teeth is not well formed don’t bother to apply.
This is according the the Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board, responsible for paramilitary services in Nigeria.

Vacancies had been announced for superintendent, inspectorate and assistant cadre positions within the Nigerian Immigration Service but people with certain physical attributes have been barred from applying by the Federal Government.
This order was disclosed in a circular signed by the agency of the board, Al-Hassan Yakmut on Friday.
People with cross-eyes, bow legs, knocked knees, flat foot, limb legs as well as individuals suffering from Obesity were also barred from applying for the immigration vacancies.
Excerpts from the circular read;
“Applicants with any of the following physical challenges need not apply: Impediment in speech (stammer/dumb), gross malformation of teeth, knocked knees, bent knees, bow leg, k-legs, flat foot, limb legs, bent arms/deformed hands/fracture, defective eyesight (squint eye, crossed eye, one-eyed and total blindness).
Amputation of any part of physical body, hearing impaired (deaf), hunched back, medical challenges, any physical deformity not mentioned. Note that due to the rigour of the physical exercise in the recruitment process, women with pregnancy need not apply.”
The document also revealed that individuals interested in the role of superintendent must have a minimum of a medical degree and must have completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Programme.
In the same vein, individuals interested in the role of deputy superintendent must possess a minimum of first degree in Pharmacy.
While if you’re applying for the role of assistant superintendent, a first degree in any course alongside your NYSC discharge certificate will do.
The board said further that all applicants must be Nigerians by birth and must have a national identity number.
All applicants must also be medically fit evidenced by a certificate of medical fitness issued by a government hospital.
All male applicants are expected to be at least 1.65m (5ft 4) tall while female applicants should be at least 1.60m (5ft 2) tall.
Above all every applicant for the immigration role must be of all round good character.
