Speaking exclusively about challenges she has faced in her career to theheraldng, female comedian Helen Paul who performed at the recently held A.Y live comedy show in Abuja said:
“I wouldn’t say difficulties, but I’ll prefer to call them some of the challenges attached to the job. They are funny stuff so I can’t call them difficulties. I can even make jokes with them on stage, meaning that they are not things that really bother me. For instance, a fan once slapped me. She said, “Wow, Tatafo! I always enjoy your comedy and skits. You’re such a funny and naughty girl…” and the next thing I saw was a slap on my face. It was crazy because the slap hurt and it was in a public place. And because she was an elderly woman, I could not complain.”
