Former Minister of Aviation, Chief Femi Fani-Kayode has revealed how he warned immediate-past Minister of Women Affairs, Hajia Aisha Jummai Alhassan to leave the All Progressives Congress (APC) or she would be humiliated by the party.
The vocal ex-minister made this known in a tweet via his verified Twitter handle on Sunday morning, a day after Alhassan, who is popularly known as Mama Taraba, resigned her appointment.
The Herald on Saturday reported how the minister tendered her resignation to President Muhammadu Buhari, citing grave injustice against her by the APC.
Alhassan had been disqualified from contesting the APC gubernatorial primary election in Taraba State due to what the party’s National Chairman, Adams Oshiomhole tagged “anti-party activities”.

But Fani-Kayode, a Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) chieftain, said he had a premonition of everything few months ago and warned Alhassan accordingly.
He noted that instead of heeding her advice, the minister had rained insults on him.
He said, “Few months ago I advised Aisha Alhassan that she should leave Buhari and APC before they humiliate her, push her out and insult her. She responded by insulting me. Now they have humiliated her, pushed her out and called her a “hypocrite that was working for PDP”. Poor, dumb Aisha!”
