As Arsenal announced that Henrik Mhkitaryan will miss 6 weeks due to a foot injury, the need for reinforcements in January has never been more important.
Enter Nicolas Pepe, the Lille winger has so far scored 12 goals and recorded five assists and with the Gunners also missing the services of Rob Holding, Nacho Monreal and Mustafi, they also need a player in defence
But according to Lille, Arsenal will need to fork out €80 million (£72m/$91m) to get the Ivorian
Speaking on whether the winger will still be with the club come January ending, the club’s sporting director, Luis Campos
“I hope he will stay this winter. We’ll do everything to keep him.

“All the top clubs in the world have their eyes on him, and that’s normal, but the president has been clear.
“The idea is for him to continue at the club.
“In contrast, with my experience in football, I would say that if a club arrives with a big number and can convince the player… I would sell him for €80 million.
“That’s the price tag, but you’d have to convince the player and he’s been a big part of us being in second place.”
Arsenal will need to manage their dropping squad against Brighton and Liverpool before the transfer window opens.
