The senator representing Kaduna Central senatorial district in the National Assembly, Sen. Shehu Sani, may have given rare insight into the major cause of incessant killings across the country.
The outspoken senator did this in a tweet via his verified Twitter handle on Sunday afternoon.
According to Sani, the security situation in Nigeria and the rest of Africa is directly impacted by crises in Libya and Somalia.
He said until the situation in those two countries is brought under control, there would be no peace for the rest of Africa, including Nigeria.
He tweeted, “Until order is restored to Libya and peace is restored to Somalia, the two fronts will continue to inspire terrorists and provide them with the material and ideological support they need to thrive in the African continent.”
