According to the artist, his family was supportive of his musical aspirations because a prophet had foretold his future in music to his mother during his childhood.
During an interview with media personality KimOprah on Hip TV’s ‘Trending’ program, Bayanni shared this captivating childhood memory. He explained that the prophet had given his mother the prophecy and instructed her to support him when he eventually showed an interest in music.
The Mavin signee went on to reveal another extraordinary aspect of his musical journey. He disclosed that he had dreamt of working with renowned music producer Don Jazzy four times before receiving a record contract. In these vivid dreams, Bayanni saw himself collaborating with Don Jazzy in the studio. Remarkably, this vision became a reality when he eventually got signed by the acclaimed producer.
Reflecting on his parents’ reaction when he expressed his desire to pursue music, Bayanni shared that they didn’t object. Instead, his mother recounted the prophet’s prophecy to him. She explained that the prophet had predicted a time when Bayanni would express his passion for music, and she was instructed to support him when that time came. Thus, when Bayanni revealed his musical ambitions, his mother readily supported him, already aware that this moment had been foretold.
