A social media user took to his page on Twitter to reveal that he had just tested positive to HIV at an undisclosed clinic and has infected a total of 17 women by having unprotected sex with them.
The Twitter user further disclosed in a series of tweets that he will infect more women as he is not cut out for living his life on Anti retro-viral drugs.
The social media user further outed some women with whom he had had sex with as he shared a photo of one of the ladies.
