The Moto Razr was supposed to launch on January 26 but has been pushed back due to high volume of demand.

Motorola confirmed that they are pushing back release date so as to better meet consumer demand;
“Demand has been high, and as a result, has quickly outgrown supply predictions.”
The company has not announced a new launch date as they are
“working to determine the appropriate quantity and schedule to ensure that more consumers have access to Razr at launch.”
With high demand, we can only hope that Motorola will not review the Razr’s price upward.
Samsung pushed back the release of the Galaxy Fold on several occasions but was due to technical faults with the device itself, thankfully Motorola isn’t rocking that same boat.
There are reports that a follow-up Motorola Razr 2020 device will appear sometime next year, so hopefully, the Razr 2019 will come out before we hear too much about its successor.
