Chelsea needed some stardust from Eden Hazard to hold Tottenham Hotspurs at Stamford bridge and effectively win the league for Leicester city.
Those were the lineups. Tottenham took the lead when Eric Dier found Eriksen, who then quickly teed up Lamela on the edge of the Chelsea penalty area, and the Argentine was able to poke a lovely through-ball into the path of Kane.
The striker completely tore apart the Blues’ back line with his extra run, and he then easily rounded Begovic before tapping the ball into the back of an empty net to give his side a one-goal lead.
Then just before Half-time Son Heung-Min made it two finding himself unmarked in the area and he coolly slotted it past Begovic.
Half-time 2-0 and Tottenham looked to be running away with it. But Gary Cahill wouldn’t take that as he pulled one back for the blues in the 58th minute with a thumping shot past Hugo Lloris in goal.
And just as full time was closing in, Eden Hazard who has been enduring a torrid season found the net with a lovely curling shot that Lloris could do nothing about.
The draw means that Leicester have effectively won the league as they retain an 8 point lead over Tottenham with just two games to go.
Congratulations Leicester!
