Harry Kane thanks Spurs, fans after completing £100m Bayern Munich move

England captain, Harry Kane has completed his move to German champions Bayern Munich from English Premier League side, Tottenham Hotspur.

Kane, who is Spurs’ all-time record scorer with 280 goals in 435 appearances, joined Bayern Munich for £100 million after completing a medical on Friday.

The 30-year-old signed a four-year contract and could make his Bayern debut in the German Super Cup against RB Leipzig later on Saturday.

Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, on Saturday, Kane thanked his former club and fans for the incredible memories at the North London side.

He also released a video expression his appreciation to the club and the fans.

“Hard to put into words how to say goodbye to a club and fans who have done so much for me in my career.

“You will always be in my heart. Thank you Tottenham, thank you Tottenham fans,” he wrote.

Kane described the atmosphere in Munich since his arrival as “incredible”.
