Except you’re a high networth individual, chances are high that you’ve been at the receiving end of rude remarks, gestures or attitude from bank tellers or customer service officers at one point or the other.
While the trend is common in the banking sector, Guaranty Trust Bank (GTBank) staff are the worst among the lot, a customer, Hafsat Paki has claimed.
In a tweet, the Twitter influencer, whose profile shows she is resident in Ijanikin, Lagos, said that the bank workers belittle their customers
Paki, who tagged GTBank in her tweet, wrote, “The most rude set of bankers are @gtbank staffs.
“The way they look at you with so much disrespect is alarming.”
However, she did not elaborate on the encounter that led to such generalisation.
