Delta State Governor, Ifeanyi Okowa has welcomed a grandchild on his 58th birthday celebration, today.
According to reports, Marilyn and Gbalahan got married, 2016 in Asaba, following a traditional wedding at Ika North East Local Government Area of Delta State.
