The Accra Regional Police Command, have arrested and paraded six Nigerians for kidnapping and raping a lady.
It was gathered that the suspects are; Chimaroke, Ike Amechi, Anthony Emmanuel, Godfred Alex, Kayode Ayodele and Opious Owner.
More details reveals that the main suspect, Chimaroke, have been interacting with the lady, Ashaley Botwe, on Facebook and thus convinced her to come to his house – where he lived with five of his friends.
The 21-year-old lady, according to Chief Superintendent, Kwesi Ofori, then came to Chimaroke’s house -to collect her Eid-ul Fitr present – but he asked her to sleep with him.
“Chimaroke made advances and when she resisted,” Kwesi Ofori noted, “he smashed her phone and raped her. Fortunately for her, she had another phone on her, which she used to call her brothers, who later called the police to go and rescue her.”
