Funke Akindele and her husband had over the weekend held a house party thereby flouting the directives given by the government.
Lagos State police said they have intensified “efforts to arrest the remaining persons in the video”.
After a video surfaced online of the party, Nigerians angrily reacted to the post, demanding that appropriate action be taken against the couple as well as everyone involved.
As if that wasn’t enough, the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control and cleaning products company Dettol distanced themselves from the actress, assuring Nigerians that she is not an ambassador of either organizations.
Naira Marley and Eniola Badmus were also present at the house party.
