Nigeria has been ranked as the second most prayerful nation on Earth.
American think tank, Pew Research Centre said that Nigeria took the second position with 95 percent prayer rate, just behind first-place Afghanistan with 96 percent.
Pew Research Centre, based in Washington DC, provides information on social issues, public opinion, and demographic trends shaping the United States and the world.
The result of a 10-year survey published in 2019 by the centre had put Nigeria as the most prayerful nation on earth.

Meanwhile, the least prayerful nations on earth are China (1%), UK (6%), Switzerland (8%), Austria (8%), Czechoslovakia (9%), Germany (9%), Estonia (9%) France (10%) and Denmark (10%).
