Never-before-seen CCTV footage has emerged of the moment American rapper, DaBaby shot and killed a man, Jaylin Craig.
The fatal shooting of the 19-year-old Craig occurred at a Walmart store in Huntersville, North Carolina on November 5, 2018.
The footage released by Rolling Stone shows Craig and another man identified as Henry Douglas confronting DaBaby, whose real name is Jonathan Kirk.
DaBaby was with his then-girlfriend, Mariah Osbourne, at the time of the incident, the footage shows.
The soundless video begins with DaBaby punching Douglas, which quickly degenerates into a fight.
That moment, Craig who is nearby appears to brandish a weapon but tucks it away to separate DaBaby and Douglas.
Douglas and DaBaby’s brawl leads to another camera angle and both men can be seen struggling to get the better of each other.
Craig walks over to them and appears to brandish the weapon again before he attempts to separate the fighting men.
As the struggle continues between Douglas and DaBaby, Mariah Osbourne can be seen confronting Craig and even appears to raise a hand to his face.
At this juncture, the footage returns to the first camera angle and shows the moment DaBaby goes to ground with a weapon in his hand.
He then appears to aim the weapon and fire it with his right hand.

Although police charged DaBaby, who claimed self defense, for carrying a concealed weapon, he was never prosecuted.
