Forbes has released the list for the best and worst cities for drives in the world after an analysis of factors in 100 international cities.
The list has Duesseldorf, Germany as the best city for drivers with 20% congestion, and 21.20mph average speed.
Lagos, a metropolitan city and also one of the most populous urban agglomerations was ranked the 3rd worst cities for drivers and only African city in the list.
The metropolitan city, which is the major financial center in Africa had a 60% congestion, 10.70mph average speed. The city is also one of the largest and busiest in the continent.
