Renowned Nigerian musician, Chinedu Okoli, popularly known as Flavour, has recently addressed a lady’s concerns about the fashion sense of Igbo men, responding to her remarks with a simple yet reassuring message. Flavour, an Indigenous Nigerian singer, is well-known for his unique blend of highlife and contemporary music, and his popularity extends beyond the borders of Nigeria.
The interaction occurred when Flavour shared a video on his Twitter account on Monday, July 24, showcasing himself donning a black sleeveless shirt paired with wine lace pants. While the singer’s fashion choices may have been an artistic expression of his style, one lady expressed apprehension about dating an Igbo man due to her reservations about their fashion sense. In response to the video, the lady openly conveyed her concerns about the outfit combination, referring to the dress sense of Igbo men as “weird” and expressing her fear of ending up with a partner who dresses similarly in the future.
I want to fall in love with an Igbo man but I'm so scared that one day he can just come out of the room dressed like this and he'd be so serious https://t.co/QkXDlu0Aws

To the lady’s surprise, Flavour himself noticed her comment and took the time to respond, offering a succinct yet reassuring message: “You will be fine.”
