You see, everyone is doing FitFam these days and thanks to some healthy meals enthusiasts on social media, healthy meals actually can be very interesting. The pictures you are about to see below by these healthy meal accounts are amazing and inspiring.

- Chick Peas Salad (@everydaysalads)
Recipe:
– 1 can of organic chick peas
– half of red onion diced
– 1/2 of cup of cherry tomatoes
– 1/4 cup of black olives
– 1/4 cup of green peppers
– 1/4 cup of diced fresh cilantro
– pinch of salt and fresh ground pepper – 2 tablespoons of olive oil
– 1 whole lime
And if you like spicy…. Add a little bit of chili pepper ?

Recipe:
Rinse half a cup of quinoa with hot water, pour in a bowl, add half a cup of hot water, wrap with cling film then microwave for 7 miutes. Once done, fluff with a fork and serve as you desire.

Recipe: Serves 2
Ingredients
1 tsp olive oil
1 cup sliced crimini mushrooms
⅓ cup halved cherry tomatoes
3 eggs
3 tbsp water
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp ground pepper
2 whole wheat wraps
2 basil leaves, thinly sliced

Instructions
– In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and water.
– Heat the olive oil in a medium nonstick saucepan over medium heat. Add the mushrooms for 3 minutes. Stir in the tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
– Wipe out the skillet and set over medium heat again. Pour in the egg mixture and cook until the eggs are scrambled, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper.
– Stir the mushrooms, tomatoes and bacon (optional) in the eggs.
– Place tortillas on 2 plates and spoon half of the egg mixture down the center of each tortilla, leaving room at one end. Sprinkle the basil over the egg.
– Fold in the end, then roll up the tortillas. Serve.
