Minister of State for Agriculture, Hajiya Asabe Asmau Ahmed has said that the federal government is set to create 758,000 jobs for youths in all states of the federation through the youths agricultural programme.
The minister, who made this statement during the Niger State women rally for Goodluck/Sambo, held in Minna said “The Federal Government has initiated youths agricultural programme that would create 758, 000 jobs in the next five years.
“This programme is not about white collar jobs, but an agricultural programme that would create jobs for 20, 000 people from each state of the federation who are also later expected to become employers of labour.”
